Sony has shared two new moody posters for Ghostbusters: Afterlife. Let’s hope they’re sticking to the release date of November 19, ’cause neither of these, below, mention it.
The plot of the new movie involves a single mother and her son, with Carrie Coon, Stranger Things’ Finn Wolfhard and The Gifted’s Mckenna Grace in starring roles. The family unlock the secrets of the abandoned family home once owned by Egon Spengler (played by the late Harold Ramis in the first Ghostbusters movies in 1984 and 1989.)
Ghostbusters: Afterlife, directed by Jason Reitman, stars Paul Rudd, Mckenna Grace, Finn Wolfhard and Carrie Coon, with Sigourney Weaver, Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson, Dan Aykroyd and Annie Potts.
While you’re waiting for the new installment, why not use the time to relive the first two movies with Ghostbusters: The Inside Story a new 240-page essential guide to Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II!
Exploring everything from the pioneering special effects to the set design and the unforgettable soundtrack, this fully authorized book tells the exhaustive behind-the-scenes story of how Dan Aykroyd’s original concept evolved into a movie phenomenon and includes an exclusive introduction by director Ivan Reitman.
Ghostbusters: The Inside Story is available in all good bookstores.
Ghostbusters: Afterlife movie is due for release on November 19, 2021.
